If your thinking the angel investing is tough, then you're dead on. In fact, an investor needs to constantly invest in 20 to 25 companies. Also, I think there would need to be a huge investment overall in 20 to 25 companies. The reason being is the high company failure rate. Anyway, it's also interesting to note that it typically takes nine years for an angel investment company to make a profit.

Investing in a new business is always risky. The general public just does not understand the value of both entrepreneurs and investors. They take a tremendous risk. Many times, if you were to log every hour actually worked, owners get paid less than employees. The typical business folds within the first 6 months. Og the rest, something like 50 percent fail in the first 5 years.
