Amazing benefits indeed! It caught my attention. First of all is number seven. It is very uplifting for me to know that “sleeping naked improves memory and thinking capacity”. This is awesome. It looks like there are some great benefits to sleeping naked and I’m sure a lot of people will now sleep naked because of these benefits. But unfortunately, I won’t be one of them. From a young age, I’ve always worn clothes whilst sleeping so it would just be too difficult for me to change. For me, it just feels too weird and nothing something I could do because I would end up just not being able to go to sleep.

So, such person always wear cloth and even cover up as being inside a mosquitoe treated net. And once a person gets like that, it’s definitely going to be almost impossible to stop such habit. I really appreciated the number 7 idea that says sleeping naked improves memory and capacity. I find this overwhelming. I never thought that doing such things can make a good result for our memory. I just wonder on what are their bases on this idea. I am just curious on the experiment that they made to come up with a conclusions. I agree with you kingcool52, I never experience in my entire life that I sleep naked during at night. It is mainly because It was not tolerable in our country. We have a belief before that it is bad to go bed in naked because it might get you sick due to the air might get into your stomach or tummy and might result to a bloated tummy. Sleeping Naked Can Help Control Your Weight? Seriously, I haven’t heard of that before. How does that fit in? Putting a cloth on while sleeping and it adding to your weight, then going clothe off and having it reduce your weight? I can’t really place how that works logically.

All I’m certain of is that comfortability one gets from sleeping naked or with just boxer. It allows air to enter one’s body pores freely without any hindrances, and as such facilities good and a sound sleep for the individual.

This is a great article and I never thought that sleeping naked can be beneficial to people. I used to sleep not totally naked but with my underwear on when i was single. Back then, the only benefit I knew from sleeping nude was it feels fresh especially when covered with blanket.
